I have been playing the guitar for 14 years, both in touring bands and as a solo performer and songwriter. I have played guitar, bass, ukelele and percussion onstage and am also proficient in banjo and mandolin.
I am offering lessons for all levels in guitar, banjo (tenor and 5 string) and ukelele. I teach a variety of styles, including rock, folk, country and improvisation. My emphasis is on ear training and theory, with lessons tailored to your individual needs.
Students of all ages welcome. Lessons are $30/hour, and your first lesson is free.
Located in the Mile End of Montreal.
turns out, I rarely use or update this page. my attempts at modernity did not last long. it is years since i last updated. this one is here to say that i'm rarely teaching the guitar at the moment as my focus has shifted towards learning how to be a critical legal geographer. i will still teach to anyone who asks me, but i've stopped looking and cut back my playing significantly.
